Get the most out of selling your L$
I once gave someone US$850 I owed them via SL Linden Dollars. I used the LindeX to determine how much to give her. However I got a message from her shortly after I paid, claiming that she was short-changed. I checked LindeX again. No, my numbers were right. How did this happen?
It occurred to me that she didn’t use the Limit Sell on LindeX to sell her L$. I was surprised by this: why wouldn’t everyone use it? After talking to a few friends, I realized that many people didn’t know of, or didn’t know how to use Limit Sell.
Limit Sell is a way to manage how much you sell your L$ for. Generally, you get a better rate by setting your own price. I have therefore included a tutorial for those who sell L$, so they can get the most out of their money.
